Manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE), Grass Protection Lattice provides a heavy duty option for stabilisation of grassed areas.
The thermoplastic lattice incorporates a blowing agent which offers a rougher less slippery surface. The grass protection lattice is green, UV stabilised, rot resistant and chemically inert, and is therefore able to provide a long term grass reinforcement solution.
Grass Protection Lattice is manufactured in two grades and is available in 1m x 10m, 2m x 20m rolls or 1.25m x 2m sections.
After successful installation and established grass regrowth with the grass roots intertwining with the lattice, the Heavy grade Grass Protection Lattice is suitable for grassed car parks, for golf buggy paths, light aircraft taxiways, caravan & holiday park areas and grassed verges. The Standard grade Grass Protection Lattice is suitable for grassed overflow car parks, wheelchair access routes and heavily used pedestrainised grassed paths.
The Heavy grade Grass Protection Lattice can be used for reinforcing fire engine and other emergency access routes; however when used for such heavy load applications it is essential that a suitable sub-base is provided.
